About Snapcart

In Brief

In 2015, four executives turned entrepreneurs after decades of experiences in consumer goods industry. They set out to solve the offline data gap they experienced in their days with the main mission to leverage technology to help brands grow. They were frustrated with the delay in data gatherings and how little they knew about their shoppers beyond the existing survey-based data and estimates. While on the other side of the retail spectrum, the tech-based companies and online retail players have all the access to a large bank of users’ data that the offline counterparts can only dream of. Therefore, it is in that particular gap that these three founders saw the opportunity to fill in by joining forces and create Snapcart. And in September 2015, Snapcart was born.

Reynazran Royono
Founder & CEO

Experienced in Consumer Goods, Consulting and Technology. Held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, The Boston Consulting Group, and was the CEO of Berniaga.com leading the site to be the no. 1 commerce site in Indonesia. He enjoys traveling, eating out, and a skilled online gamer.

Laith Abu Rakty
Co-Founder & CTO

His expertise spans from building, managing, and validating Tech Roadmap, visualize mobile application with the available resources and assets. Formerly the VP of Engineering at Ardent Capital, and was the Software Engineer Lead for Bobobobo.com. He enjoys diving and hiking.

Teresa Condicion
Co-Founder & COO/Data Science

She was Procter & Gamble’s Consumer Insight Associate Director with 17 years of experience. She is responsible in developing Snapcart’s big data analytics and machine learning capabilities. If she is not crunching numbers or taking her little boys, you can find her at the gym or meditating.

Araya Hutasuwan
Co-Founder & CFO

A finance, strategy and corporate development expert. Her previous roles include VP of Ardent Capital and Phatra Investment Banking (based in Thailand). She co-founded several fashion retail brands in the US and Thailand. She enjoys experimenting random recipes and working on her impact investing.

Soon Lee Lim
Chief Revenue Officer, Asia - Pacific

She has 17 years of experience in consumer analytics prior to Snapcart. Held country head roles in South East Asia markets, in premier research agencies within the region which includes Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel, and YouGov. In her spare time, she loves to do triathlon race.

Eko Wicaksono
Country Sales & Operation, Indonesia

18+ years of experience in a number of research agencies (Nielsen, Research International, TNS, Synovate, Ipsos, ABN Impact) and also worked on the client side with the McDonald’s group prior to Snapcart. He was a lecturer at his faculty and currently teaches classical piano.

Raymond Ajon
Country Sales & Operation, Philippines

Prior to Snapcart, he was a key part of The Nielsen Company that pushed revenue growth within Nielsen Media for a few years, as well as the Research Manager of Greenwich Pizza (part of the JFC Group) as its Research Manager. He enjoys singing rock music.

Yan Carlomagno
Country Sales & Operation, Latin - America

10 years’ experience in intelligence, strategy, business development and internationalization. He was the CFO at Portal Telemedicine, and previously a Co-Founder at BemVendi, providing market insights for direct sales companies. He is a yoga enthusiast and he loves to sing rock music.

Felix Sugianto
Business Development Director, Asia - Pacific

With 20 years of experience in Consumer Good and technology services provider at Philip Morris, Oracle, and Dattabot delivering solutions in the areas of sales force optimization, CRM, digital, Business Insights and Big Data Analytics. He enjoys diving and golf in his spare time.

Abiyasa Wiharso
Business Development & Sales, Indonesia

Prior to Snapcart, he was a senior strategy consultant at Accenture, lead projects on strategy, analytics and campaign management across FMCG, Banking and Retail industries. He loves spent time with his family, listening music and playing online games in his spare time.

Boy Irvan
Business Development & Sales, Indonesia

A market research industry practitioner for more than 10 years. He held senior roles at Synovate, and was the senior consumer insight manager in the banking industry applying his statistical studies and expertise. He has interest in Islamic studies and perfumery.

Jorge Monteiro
Business Development & Sales, Brazil

With 15 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, his career has focused on marketing, pricing strategies, account management and market research. Held leadership roles at IPSOS and GfK Brazil. He enjoys watching Netflix and a live theater addict.

Daniel Gonçalves
Operations Lead, Brazil

Prior to Snapcart he built his career working for consulting firms and startups in a broad range of industries and business areas. His last post was the Senior Customer Support Manager for Uber in Brazil. He enjoys researching Artificial Intelligence and Digital Biology.

Christina Maharani
Finance Controller

She has more than 13.5 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Prior to Snapcart she held senior roles in various multinational companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Baker Hughes, and most recently, Traveloka. She enjoys running and playing with her dogs.

Noemi Ramiro
Data Consultant

She has 8 years of experience in Market Research, quantitative research, and analytics where she worked at Philippine Survey and Research Center (PSRC), Northern Trust, and Maersk. She loves to sing and engage into fitness activities such as running and gym.

Heston Surjadjaja
Research Director

He is the founder of Infinity CXT, Snapcart's partner in custom research in Indonesia. He held senior roles at Ipsos, with more than 12-years’ experience working with industry-leading companies in Indonesia. He is a San Antonio Spurs fan and loves cooking in his spare time.

Advisors

Dr. Liang Kee Goh

Dr. Goh has a degree from National University of Singapore specializing in machine learning and data mining algorithms. After completing her PhD from Auckland University of Technology, she furthered her data analytics skills in the field of bioinformatics as an assistant professor at Duke University. Dr. Goh has 16 years of experience in artificial intelligence for research in communicable diseases, cancer research and genetics analysis, published several research papers and holds several patents.
