On 12th of September 2018 at the World Economic Forum in Hanoi, Snapcart’s Founder and CEO, Reynazran Royono, shared some insights related to the startup scene in ASEAN, “Culture of entrepreneurship in ASEAN is very rich. 3 million mom n pop stores run by local entrepreneurs in Indonesia, similar situation in the other parts of the region. It is important to also have the right support system, case in point where we have strong support from the governments to help us in our growth stage, the Indonesian government launching NextICorn – Next Indonesian Unicorns program is one great example.”
