About the job
A Research Associate will be responsible for taking the leading role in overseeing and performing the day-to-day duties of research/sales activities and managing the analysis and reporting. In this capacity, this person will be accountable for all aspects of the Research and Consultancy projects and reporting to the Research Manager.

Responsibilities
Research
  • The primary responsibility is to provide end to end support to the sales team across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses.
  • Responsible and own the overall of research projects, proposing research design, preparing proposals and execution at the highest level of quality.
  • Project management, analysis and reporting of assigned projects as well as ad-hoc (customized research projects) and ensure that all advisory’s assignments are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Conduct issue-based analyses, deliver proactive insights and build effective analytical presentations.
  • Contribute to business development efforts of customized ad-hoc studies.
  • Review, supervise and train subordinates on analysis/consultancy assignments and maintain quality controls on deliverables.

 

Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain good communication/relationships with existing and potential Clients.
  • Work closely with the Product Managers, Data Analyst and Business stakeholders to communicate Client’s requirements and ensure the highest accuracy of deliverables are delivered in timely manner.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a reputable university majoring, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a Market Research (Quantitative) agency or Research Projects is a must. Preferable to have insight on FMGC companies.
  • Strong strategic-analysis, Ability to understand and interpret data relevant to client needs and objectives.
  • Proficiency command in report writing and verbal both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Outstanding communication skills and sound presentation skills.
  • High understanding of research methodologies and strong analytics background.
  • Excellent execution ability, meticulous, well-organized, committed, and results oriented
